El acaparamiento del conocimiento como “mala conducta organizacional” y algunos de sus antecedentes: Una perspectiva de intercambio social

Resumen
En este trabajo se aborda el acaparamiento del conocimiento como una forma de mala conducta en el trabajo. Se analiza la posible relación de la justicia organizacional, el incumplimiento del contrato psicológico y el compromiso organizacional con dicha variable. Se analizó una muestra de 125 trabajadores de una institución educativa y después de aplicar un modelo de regresión múltiple se identificó que sólo el incumplimiento del contrato psicológico podría predecir el acaparamiento del conocimiento.
