Reconfiguración de las Cadenas de Suministro Globales: Una Revisión Sistemática de la Literatura sobre Nearshoring y Reshoring (2000-2025).

Resumen

En respuesta a los profundos cambios globales, las redes de producción internacional transitan desde el offshoring centrado en costos hacia paradigmas orientados a la resiliencia. Esta investigación realiza una revisión sistemática de la literatura, estructurada según las directrices del método PRISMA 2020, para analizar la evolución de las estrategias de relocalización (nearshoring y reshoring). A partir de una identificación inicial de 242 registros, se aplicó un proceso de cribado y de elegibilidad basado en criterios de idioma (inglés) y temporalidad (2000-2025), lo que permitió consolidar un corpus final de 217 artículos científicos provenientes de 119 revistas especializadas. El análisis bibliométrico revela una tasa de crecimiento anual sostenida del 15.54% en la producción científica, identificando "management" y "supply chain management" como los temas motores del campo. Se concluye que la relocalización actúa como una corrección estratégica, impulsada por la racionalidad limitada y por la necesidad de autonomía estratégica. Los hallazgos sugieren que el éxito del nearshoring regional hacia 2026 dependerá de la madurez administrativa y organizacional, así como de la adopción de tecnologías de la Industria 5.0, para equilibrar la agilidad operativa con principios de sostenibilidad y resiliencia humana.
